Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and shipping issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if
the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we
can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please double-check when entering your shipping address (ensure it's
correct and accessible). We can't change the shipping address once the order
is shipped and customers should be responsible for this issue. We don't
issue refunds if the original input shipping address is incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return.
You will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please, be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
